1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NIRELLO ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

NIRELLO provides AI-powered video enhancement services including upscaling, color grading, noise reduction, and quality improvement. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NIRELLO to process:

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content depicting minors in any inappropriate manner
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Malware, viruses, or any malicious code

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all video content you upload. By uploading content, you grant NIRELLO a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing cycle

7. Limitation of Liability

NIRELLO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
