Frequently Asked Questions

How long does video enhancement take?
Most videos are processed in 3–8 minutes depending on length and resolution. Longer videos (10+ minutes) may take up to 20 minutes.
What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and WebM. Maximum file size is 500MB on free plans and 2GB on Pro plans.
Are my videos stored permanently?
No. Videos are automatically deleted within 24 hours of download, or 7 days if not downloaded. We never store your content long-term.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a watermark on free plan videos?
Yes, free plan videos include a small NIRELLO watermark. Upgrade to any paid plan to remove it completely.
Do you offer an API for developers?
API access is available on Pro Yearly plans and enterprise agreements. Email partners@nirello.com for details.
