Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with NIRELLO for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to all paid plans — Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Pro Yearly.

To request a refund, email us at billing@nirello.com with your registered email address and order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • First-time purchase of that plan tier (not applicable to renewals)
  • Account has not violated our Terms of Service
  • Fewer than 10 videos processed on the plan being refunded

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscription renewals (auto-renewed charges)
  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
  • Add-on credits or one-time purchases

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Razorpay processing times may vary by bank.
